About the role

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in sourcing hard‑to‑fill, highly specialized senior leadership roles
  • Deep experience sourcing talent within Canada, U.S. and across global talent markets
  • Strong passion for talent attraction and consultative sourcing
  • A strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
  • Solid proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
