- Reduce reliance on external recruitment agencies
- Partner closely with HR and TA leaders to align sourcing strategies
- Provide consistent, professional engagement with candidates throughout the sourcing lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of demonstrated success in sourcing hard‑to‑fill, highly specialized senior leadership roles
- Deep experience sourcing talent within Canada, U.S. and across global talent markets
- Strong passion for talent attraction and consultative sourcing
- A strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Solid proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
