About the role

  • Ensure effective administration and control of resources, documentation, and on-site processes, guaranteeing compliance with Aecon’s quality, safety, cost, and schedule standards in Peru.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term financial plans.
  • Monitor and control project budgets.
  • Identify and manage financial risks; implement contingency plans.
  • Conduct financial evaluations to optimize resource allocation.
  • Oversee contract administration, payments, and billing processes.
  • Prepare and manage staffing plans (administrative, technical, and labor).
  • Supervise payroll administration and compliance.
  • Oversee strategic procurement activities.
  • Manage inventory, assets, and other project-related resources.
  • Ensure compliance with permits, licenses, and urban regulations.
  • Coordinate external communications related to the project.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience as Finance Manager.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager on large-scale construction projects.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish.
