About the role
- Own the client relationship, managing all the sales requirements of any current or new projects.
- Function as a connection between client and design firm serving as an expert on the wide variety of ancillary products and pricing available.
- Depending on the needs of a project, provide product suggestions for the client and designer's approval.
- Provide leadership for a high-performing project/account team to continuously deliver against agreed upon expectations which includes flawless execution, maximizing productivity and utilizing resources to exceed clients’ expectations.
- Conduct client meetings individually or in conjunction with Director to understand the client’s business needs and relevant buying influences.
- Develop and present Atmosphere capabilities, innovative solutions, and service offerings to clients.
Requirements
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of general sales experience
- Demonstrated successes in managing accounts
- Achievements in developing account relations and strategic selling
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate level skill in Excel specifically
