Chief of Staff

• Work directly with the CEO on growth, strategy, planning and M&A projects internally and externally.
• Perform analytical, project management and execution tasks to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with executive team members such as the CCO and CFO.
• Run and improve bi-annual planning processes and act as the project office to deliver against plans (using frameworks like 4DX).
• Identify M&A targets and support or execute deals where relevant.
• Identify and engage in new business lines, strategic partnerships and growth initiatives.
• Support strategy, financing/exit planning, Board communications and company metrics.
• Develop internal excellence around analytics, presentations and operational processes.
• Learn to grow a scaleup across commercial and product areas with potential to own a P&L or roadmap in the future.
