About the role

  • Go/Postgresql Software Developer role within Adzuna following Seiza acquisition
  • Work on a microservice-based infrastructure built primarily with Go, Typescript, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS
  • Contribute to development, maintenance, system design and feature delivery
  • Manage and monitor systems with DevOps practices
  • Join a 35-engineer team collaborating with product, data science and commercial teams
  • Opportunity to work from the Paris office or fully remotely within a 2 hour time window of France

Requirements

  • Experience contributing quickly to production code
  • System design, maintenance and feature delivery
  • Proficiency with Go, Typescript, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS
  • Appreciation of the ‘DevOps’ movement and ability to manage and monitor systems
  • Ability to build structured, fast, scalable, testable, reliable, and robust code
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, low-structure environment
  • Team player with mentoring and training mindset
