About the role

  • Plan, create and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Develop content ideas, hooks and storylines to maximize reach
  • Independently produce Reels, short-form videos and story formats
  • Maintain and grow our community (comments, DMs, engagement)
  • Monitor trends, sounds and platform algorithms
  • Support the development of a strong, recognizable online brand
  • Analyze performance (reach, engagement, growth)
  • Work closely with executive management and the marketing team

Requirements

  • You are a enrolled student (e.g., Marketing, Media, Communications or similar)
  • Social media is your passion, not just a hobby
  • Strong sense for trends, aesthetics and viral content
  • Confident with Instagram and TikTok (personal or professional experience)
  • Initial experience with video editing (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush)
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Bonus: first experience with brand building or personal branding
