About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect, review, and analyze statistical data for management
- Translate data and management information into meaningful information for decision-making and goal planning
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting methods
- Present departmental statistics and Quality Assurance data for non-clinical and clinical sectors during monthly meetings
- Write monthly and quarterly reports for management, physicians, and individual clients to measure processes and outcomes
- Compile abstract data into reporting methods for trending and tracking
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting and requested data
- Compile data for requests from outside departments
- Report progress toward department goals to management
- Assist in maintaining and building relationships with external facilities and departments
- Provide programming support and personal computer expertise as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and a professional image
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science preferred
- 3 years of data entry or administrative experience required
- Working knowledge of basic computer programs, specifically word processing and databases
- Proficient with Excel required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- Maintains confidentiality
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Ability to sit for long periods and perform walking, repetitive wrist motions, occasional lifting, stretching, and bending
