About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with IT, clinical, and operational business units to identify AI integration and process-enhancement opportunities
  • Analyze business requirements, evaluate technical feasibility, and create technical recommendations
  • Serve as subject matter expert and internal consultant for AI and agentic platforms
  • Evaluate new capabilities and support deployment and integration with infrastructure teams
  • Prototype AI agents, applications, and automated processes across Microsoft, Snowflake, and other enterprise platforms
  • Integrate, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Power Platform environments for Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions
  • Manage Dataverse products, environment lifecycles, data loss prevention policies, connector governance, change management, and application lifecycle management
  • Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, APIs, MCPs, and data sources to ensure reliable data flow
  • Provide end-user and system administration support for AI-enabled collaboration platforms
  • Serve as an escalation point for associate-level staff and resolve complex platform and application issues
  • Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Deliver AI enablement training, technical presentations, follow-up sessions, playbooks, and best-practice guidance
  • Participate in evaluating and designing new AI capabilities and collaboration products
  • Execute quality assurance and validation processes
  • Work with Cybersecurity, Data Governance, and AI Governance teams on policy alignment, risk management, and oversight
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, HIPAA compliance, and responsible AI practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Typically 2–4 years of experience administering enterprise platforms, developing workflow or application solutions, and implementing AI or automation capabilities in a business environment
  • Proficiency in cloud-based AI and agentic services, citizen developer solutions, workflow automation, analytics, and enterprise platform administration
  • Experience designing, building, deploying, and maintaining Copilot Studio agents, AI Builder models, and AI-enabled Power Platform solutions
  • Knowledge of enterprise data integration patterns, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, APIs, MCPs, and custom connectors
  • Understanding of Azure AI services, generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and governed enterprise AI use
  • Knowledge of systems administration and relationships among application code, cloud platforms, and enterprise data systems
  • Knowledge of hardware, software, and cloud services in clinical and/or business settings
  • Ability to translate user requirements into system specifications and scalable technical architectures
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, listening, and data presentation skills
  • Ability to investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, document findings, and implement corrective actions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work off-hours and participate in an on-call rotation
  • Position may require travel
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600, or Microsoft AI certification AI-102, preferred
  • No licensure, registration, or certification required
  • Must live in an eligible listed U.S. state; international work is not permitted
  • No relocation, sponsorship, or visa transfer available
