About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develops reporting solutions, analyzes recruiting data, and delivers actionable insights that support Talent Acquisition strategy and performance.
- Partners closely with TA leaders to transform data into meaningful dashboards, reports, and recommendations that drive informed decision-making.
- Designs and maintains Power BI dashboards, develops executive and operational reporting, identifies trends and opportunities within recruiting data, and communicates insights that influence business outcomes.
- Translates business needs into reporting solutions and provides analysis that improves understanding of recruiting performance, talent pipelines, sourcing effectiveness, and workforce trends.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Business Analytics or Insights, Mathematics, Information Systems, related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, talent acquisition, human resources, workforce analytics, or a related field.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, and data validation techniques.
- Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
