Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Masters degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MBA, MHA/MHSA, MPH, MS)
  • 15+ years progressive experience in healthcare transformation and care delivery innovation
  • 8+ years leading enterprise-scale innovation portfolios, enabling platforms, or transformation programs from strategy through scaled adoption
  • Deep understanding of clinical operations, care delivery model design, and health system complexity
  • 5+ years leading leaders and/or large cross-functional teams
  • Executive presence and ability to influence and align senior clinical, operational, digital, and technology leaders
