Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Pathology
Typically requires 5 years of experience in clinical nursing or rehabilitation
1 year of supervisory experience in managing staff and budgets
Must possess and provide proof of a valid Driver License issued by the state of Wisconsin or Illinois
Thorough understanding of home health or hospice regulations, reimbursement, and care requirements
