About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create, maintain, and deliver various forms of end-user training content
  • Work closely with both technical and end-user teammates within the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to support enterprise collaboration initiatives
  • Design, implement, and manage Active Directory domains, user accounts, group policies
  • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex identity and collaboration issues
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to associate- and mid-level engineers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 applications training/support experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of instructional design in a technical space
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Strong Active Directory administration and management experience
  • Experience with Windows Server, Group Policy and related technologies
  • Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell for automation
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts (authentication, authorization, conditional access)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
