About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create, maintain, and deliver various forms of end-user training content
Work closely with both technical and end-user teammates within the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to support enterprise collaboration initiatives
Design, implement, and manage Active Directory domains, user accounts, group policies
Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business
Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex identity and collaboration issues
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures
Provide guidance and mentorship to associate- and mid-level engineers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 applications training/support experience
Minimum of 2 years of instructional design in a technical space
Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 technologies
Strong Active Directory administration and management experience
Experience with Windows Server, Group Policy and related technologies
Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell for automation
Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts (authentication, authorization, conditional access)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
