Responsible for tasks that monitor and support progress on projects, processes, and technical systems that enable and improve OT’s team performance outcomes
Drive continuous improvements in processes and projects
Support and run necessary reports/data, communications, stakeholders/teammates, and technology to enable OT moving toward continuous excellence
Maintains and improve key performance metrics for industry standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent knowledge in HR, Business, or related field
Typically requires 2 years of experience in human resources, IT, business, or related
People & Culture functional area knowledge
Microsoft Office tools
Broad Technology system capabilities knowledge (i.e., contact center scheduling systems, QA, etc.)
Basic project management
PowerBI
Intermediate to Advanced Excel
Workday experience with Case Management
Copilot Articulate 360
