About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for tasks that monitor and support progress on projects, processes, and technical systems that enable and improve OT’s team performance outcomes
- Drive continuous improvements in processes and projects
- Support and run necessary reports/data, communications, stakeholders/teammates, and technology to enable OT moving toward continuous excellence
- Maintains and improve key performance metrics for industry standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent knowledge in HR, Business, or related field
- Typically requires 2 years of experience in human resources, IT, business, or related
- People & Culture functional area knowledge
- Microsoft Office tools
- Broad Technology system capabilities knowledge (i.e., contact center scheduling systems, QA, etc.)
- Basic project management
- PowerBI
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel
- Workday experience with Case Management
- Copilot Articulate 360
