About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participates as a member of the Area’s senior management team, provides visionary leadership, holds service line expertise, and fosters a common vision for the NSL.
Serve as an NSL representative for Division and Area(s) initiatives and programs such as access, teammate engagement, patient experience, and quality.
Collaborate with NSL, Division and Area(s) leadership to vet and prioritize major program and clinical services initiatives, model financial impact for new business models before submission to enterprise governance.
Leads Area(s) monthly operation performance reviews, monitors budgettoactuals, investigates variances, and recommends corrective actions.
Develops and implements annual business plans, growth strategies, and operational objectives that support the Area’s and NSL goals.
Oversees both ambulatory and inpatient services across the care continuum, ensuring high standards of clinical quality, patient safety, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or related field
Minimum of 10 years of healthcare administrative experience, including at least 5 years of demonstrated progressively responsible management experience overseeing clinical operations or service lines, required.
Effective communication, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
Demonstrated expertise in healthcare planning, operations, and financial management.
Proven ability to lead large, multispecialty service lines in a complex, matrixed environment.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and change management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
