Leads technical and analytic teams to consistently deliver and drive results that achieve and promote greater Enterprise outcomes
Allocate and delegate to cultivate internal teams' ability to grow, develop, and produce best-in-class products and solutions
Lead product strategy and features with roadmap development
Act as a strategic partner to Centers of Excellence, IT, technical and analytics teams, business stakeholders, and Operations & Transformation to foster collaboration and optimize solution value
Define data architecture and governance for data workstreams, feeds and flows, such as data warehouse
Build, track, and maintain aligned measures library Enterprise-wide
Consistently drive innovative out of the box process thinking and navigate change to achieve successful adoption for end-users and teams
Drive engagement and retention at both Enterprise and team level and lead growth programs to support succession planning
Facilitate recommendations and decisions leveraging data insights to drive how solutions are delivered
Requirements
Bachelors degree required in applicable area
Typically requires 10 years in People leadership
Broad and deep comprehensive digital ecosystems knowledge (i.e., Workday & complementary systems)
Expertise in AI functionality and industry trends
End to end working knowledge of employee life cycle and data analytics
Change Management oversight and implementation expertise
Ability to develop strategies, technology, and planning to translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives
Experience building digital roadmaps to optimize digital and advanced insight capabilities
Proven results in driving engagement and retention at Enterprise and team level
Ability to lead multiple teams both technically and business process driven
Build and foster trust with stakeholders and communicate, interact, and influence effectively
Technical and analytics skills to make effective business decisions and leverage advanced statistical insights
Effective team management and succession planning experience
