About the role

  • Independently leads low-to-moderate complexity integration teams through all phases of the integration lifecycle
  • Collaborates with Integration Management Office (IMO) leadership to support planning and execution of moderate-to-high complexity integration efforts
  • Builds and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the integration lifecycle
  • Monitors the health of integration plans, proactively identifying, navigating, and mitigating moderate-level risks, issues, and interdependencies
  • Contributes to ongoing enhancement of integration management practices, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Typically requires 5 years of experience in Project Management and/or integration management, strategy, operational or management consulting functions
  • Demonstrated knowledge in integration methodologies, project/program management frameworks, and analytical tools
  • High emotional intelligence with deep understanding of cultural nuances that may impact integration efforts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create impactful documentation, analysis, and presentations
