About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic leadership and unified oversight for all divisional people teams.
  • Serve as the executive business partner to all Division presidents.
  • Lead the planning, development, implementation, and administration of people strategies and programs.
  • Advise the executive leadership team on organizational initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Oversee workforce planning and talent management for all divisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
  • Typically requires 10 years of experience in human resources in a large health system or similarly sized/structured business.
  • Includes 7 years of management experience in directing and leading comprehensive human resources functions within a complex organization.
  • Advanced consulting and strategic partnership skills.
  • Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, recruitment, teammate experience, retention, and leadership development.
  • Strong business acumen, including the ability to interpret human capital data and organizational metrics to inform decision-making and drive performance outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
