About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic leadership and unified oversight for all divisional people teams.
- Serve as the executive business partner to all Division presidents.
- Lead the planning, development, implementation, and administration of people strategies and programs.
- Advise the executive leadership team on organizational initiatives.
- Champion a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Oversee workforce planning and talent management for all divisions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational policies.
- Develop and manage budgets for the consolidated people and business partnerships function.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
- Typically requires 10 years of experience in human resources in a large health system or similarly sized/structured business.
- Includes 7 years of management experience in directing and leading comprehensive human resources functions within a complex organization.
- Advanced consulting and strategic partnership skills.
- Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, recruitment, teammate experience, retention, and leadership development.
- Strong business acumen, including the ability to interpret human capital data and organizational metrics to inform decision-making and drive performance outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
