About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manages the development and execution of large or complex enterprise wide health care information technology demands, projects, or programs
- Ensures adherence to budget, schedule, and scope and business needs using established Enterprise Project Management Office processes and standards
- Develops strategic project plans including information such as project objectives, requirements, scheduling, milestones, budget management, resource management, risk management, and change management
- Monitors and reviews demand approval progress
- Holds vendors/vendor resources accountable to meet agreed upon deliverables
- Guides project team members and stakeholders to identify and solve issues by utilizing project management knowledge and industry standards
- Conducts post-implementation evaluations and lessons learned sessions to assess project outcomes, ensuring benefits and quality standards are met
Requirements
What you’ll need- Project Management Professional (PMP) required
- Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years of experience required (or equivalent knowledge) in Information Technology or related field
- Typically requires 6+ years of advanced project management experience in Information Technology with a proven record of successful project delivery
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to include demand and project management while coordinating and motivating teammates toward common goals
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex high-priority projects and tasks simultaneously
- Proven ability for risk identification, assessment, and contingency planning
- Proficient in the use of project management methodologies and processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365, Project and Strategic Portfolio Management Tools (ServiceNow)
