Manages the development and execution of large or complex enterprise wide health care information technology demands, projects, or programs
Ensures adherence to budget, schedule, and scope and business needs using established Enterprise Project Management Office processes and standards
Develops strategic project plans including information such as project objectives, requirements, scheduling, milestones, budget management, resource management, risk management, and change management
Monitors and reviews demand approval progress
Holds vendors/vendor resources accountable to meet agreed upon deliverables
Guides project team members and stakeholders to identify and solve issues by utilizing project management knowledge and industry standards
Conducts post-implementation evaluations and lessons learned sessions to assess project outcomes, ensuring benefits and quality standards are met

Requirements

Project Management Professional (PMP) required
Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years of experience required (or equivalent knowledge) in Information Technology or related field
Typically requires 6+ years of advanced project management experience in Information Technology with a proven record of successful project delivery
Demonstrated leadership abilities to include demand and project management while coordinating and motivating teammates toward common goals
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex high-priority projects and tasks simultaneously
Proven ability for risk identification, assessment, and contingency planning
Proficient in the use of project management methodologies and processes
Proficiency with Microsoft O365, Project and Strategic Portfolio Management Tools (ServiceNow)
