About the role
- Interprets physician referrals and completes musculoskeletal evaluations
- Establishes a plan of care based on evaluation results
- Monitors and evaluates outcomes and adjusts treatment plans accordingly
- Provides patient discharge planning and documentation
- Provides coverage at sporting events and partners with area colleges for instruction
- Engages in clinical research and performs patient care tasks
Requirements
- Physical Therapist license issued by the state of Wisconsin
- Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
- No experience required
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organization, decision-making, and problem solving skills
