💰 $41,100 - $61,650 per year
About the role
- Interpret physician referrals and complete musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary evaluations
- Establish and implement individual treatment plans based on evaluation results and goals
- Monitor and evaluate outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to assist in achieving optimum patient care
- Complete all required documentation following department policy
Requirements
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school or educational requirements commensurate with the date of graduation
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the State upon which you work
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 90 days unless exempt
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served
