About the role
- Manages the development and execution of healthcare information technology demands and projects
- Ensures adherence to budget, schedule and scope and business needs using established Enterprise Project Management Office processes and standards
- Establishes targets, benchmarks, and success criteria for project delivery
- Prepares and maintains comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and financial records
- Collaborates with Information Technology teams to ensure solution compliance with approved enterprise technical direction and architectural practices
- Conducts post-implementation evaluations and lessons learned sessions to assess project outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of experience required (or equivalent knowledge) in Information Technology or related field
- Typically requires 3 to 6 years of experience
- Experience in project management in Information Technology with a proven record of successful project delivery
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to include demand and project management, while coordinating and motivating teammates toward common goals
- Proven ability for risk identification, assessment, and contingency planning
- Proficient in the use of project management methodologies and processes
- Experience in Microsoft O365 and Strategic Portfolio Management (PPM) tools
