Create recurring and ad hoc reports utilizing best practice data storytelling tools
Train and educate end users on organizational measurements and BI solutions
Design, administer, and maintain standardized content on key websites and reporting solutions
Analyze and validate data from source to reporting solution
Mentor junior team members in data analysis and BI solutions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, OR equivalent experience
2-4 years of experience in Business Intelligence tools and healthcare knowledge
Experience with BI Tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
Experience with SQL and Snowflake
Knowledge of basic statistics
Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders
