About the role
- Evaluates patients, selects and administers assessment techniques
- Establishes appropriate patient care plans
- Documents evaluations, tests, progress notes, and discharge notes
- Communicates patient's evaluation and subsequent progress to physician and clinical staff
- Provides supervision of PTA's and Rehab Tech/Aide as required for licensure
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy program required
- Applicable state license for Physical Therapy required
- BLS required per policy guidelines
