About the role

  • Evaluates patients, selects and administers assessment techniques
  • Establishes appropriate patient care plans
  • Documents evaluations, tests, progress notes, and discharge notes
  • Communicates patient's evaluation and subsequent progress to physician and clinical staff
  • Provides supervision of PTA's and Rehab Tech/Aide as required for licensure

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy program required
  • Applicable state license for Physical Therapy required
  • BLS required per policy guidelines
