About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • builds and maintains positive client relationships via phone, email, and mail
  • assists in the organization and management of client files and records
  • reviews completeness of client files within the VA’s system
  • responds appropriately to all communications in the timely manner
  • prioritizes and completes varied administrative tasks independently

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • minimum of an associate degree or 3 years of work-related experience
