About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on services
  • collects and enters information for services
  • fields customer questions and complaints and ensures appropriate actions are taken to resolve issues
  • maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D
  • two years of telephone customer service or previous call center experience
  • excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills including active listening
  • must pass a background check and typing test with a minimum typing speed of 35WPM
  • service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
  • proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
  • bilingual ability in English and Spanish is a plus
