About the role

  • Your scope: Hands-on & strategic — in this role you are the on-site face of our therapy.
  • Training & Coaching: You train physicians and nursing staff in operating our medical devices directly in leading hospitals.
  • Live Support: You accompany the therapy at the patient’s bedside and provide advisory support to clinic staff.
  • Interface role: You act as the link between users and our development team.
  • Knowledge management: You organize workshops and are the primary contact for technical questions.
  • On the road: You travel across Germany (and occasionally internationally).

Requirements

  • Background: You are a registered nurse with solid experience in intensive care (ideally with specialist training in Anesthesia & Intensive Care).
  • Technical affinity: You have a deep understanding of complex medical devices and an enthusiasm for innovative technologies.
  • Personality: You have strong communication skills, present confidently, and enjoy motivatingly sharing knowledge.
  • Mobility: You enjoy working independently, are flexible, and have a high willingness to travel.
  • Languages: Very good German is required; good knowledge of English, French, or Italian is a strong plus.
