About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist clients with travel inquiries and vacation planning
- Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the planning process
- Research vacation packages, cruises, resorts, hotels, tours, and destinations
- Learn travel supplier booking systems and educational resources
- Recommend travel options based on client preferences
- Build positive relationships with clients through excellent communication
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications

- Stay informed about travel promotions, destinations, and industry updates

Requirements
