Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (Hyper-V and VMware)
Administer and support Windows Server environments
Design, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall)
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services
Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
Maintain proper documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for project implementation and support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in system and network administration
Hands-on experience with:
Hyper-V and/or VMware virtualization platforms
Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
Network infrastructure (switching, routing, firewall)
Experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) is preferred
Experience with Network Access Control (NAC) solutions (e.g., Cisco ISE, FortiNAC) is preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, networking, identity) is preferred
Knowledge of security best practices and frameworks
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Azure) are preferred
