Provide medical physics services at or above state and federal requirements and national standards of care in radiation oncology
Participate in outstanding customer service and maintain respectful relationships with staff and patients
Support the administration of the radiation safety program, including regulatory compliance, staff training, and supervision of radioactive source handling and disposal
Perform dosimetric calculations for external beam, brachytherapy, and radiopharmaceutical therapy to ensure accurate treatment planning and delivery
Supervise medical physicist assistants or medical physics residents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards
Conduct weekly chart reviews and other checks of treatment plans to maintain high standards of patient care
Requirements
Master's Physics or Engineering Required
3+ Work Experience Required
Medical health Physicist (MHP) Required
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Willingness to work day shift in Orlando, FL (on-site/hybrid)
