Key responsibilities & impact

Program Management and Oversight
Staffing & Qualifications
The contractor shall recruit, vet, and retain qualified providers
Ensure all personnel meet the requirements of Section 1.9 before performing any work
Maintain a complete file for every employee containing proof of all required education, experience, licenses, certifications, and background checks
100% of personnel files must be complete and accurate upon government inspection

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's Degree in a healthcare-related field; OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field
If Master's: 5+ years of progressive management experience
If Bachelor's: 10+ years of progressive management experience
At least 5 years of experience supporting military families or similar populations
Demonstrated experience with case management and special needs programs
