About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, evaluate, and manage global compensation programs, policies, and frameworks aligned with Total Rewards strategy
Establish and maintain governance, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across regions
Partner with HRBPs to enable execution, while retaining CoE ownership of program design and decision frameworks
Contribute to the development of global salary structures, incentive plans, and job architecture
Lead global benchmarking and market analysis using Radford and other sources
Ensure programs reflect external competitiveness and internal equity
Monitor regulatory changes, including pay transparency and local compliance requirements
Develop and maintain enterprise-level compensation models (merit cycles, bonus funding, workforce planning)
Lead design and execution of global compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotions) from a CoE perspective
Drive continuous improvement of compensation processes, tools, and technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or related field
7-10 years of experience in compensation and total rewards
Demonstrated experience within Total Rewards or Compensation CoE model
Solid knowledge in global compensation across multiple regions
Experience with Radford or similar market data sources
Advanced Excel and modeling skills required
Experience with HRIS and compensation planning tools (i.e. UKG, HRSoft)
