Senior Global Compensation Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, evaluate, and manage global compensation programs, policies, and frameworks aligned with Total Rewards strategy
- Establish and maintain governance, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across regions
- Partner with HRBPs to enable execution, while retaining CoE ownership of program design and decision frameworks
- Contribute to the development of global salary structures, incentive plans, and job architecture
- Lead global benchmarking and market analysis using Radford and other sources
- Ensure programs reflect external competitiveness and internal equity
- Monitor regulatory changes, including pay transparency and local compliance requirements
- Develop and maintain enterprise-level compensation models (merit cycles, bonus funding, workforce planning)
- Lead design and execution of global compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotions) from a CoE perspective
- Drive continuous improvement of compensation processes, tools, and technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in compensation and total rewards
- Demonstrated experience within Total Rewards or Compensation CoE model
- Solid knowledge in global compensation across multiple regions
- Experience with Radford or similar market data sources
- Advanced Excel and modeling skills required
- Experience with HRIS and compensation planning tools (i.e. UKG, HRSoft)
