About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, evaluate, and manage global compensation programs, policies, and frameworks
Establish and maintain governance, standards, and guidelines
Contribute to development of global salary structures, incentive plans, and job architecture
Lead global benchmarking and market analysis using Radford and other sources
Develop and maintain enterprise-level compensation models (merit cycles, bonus funding)
Define process frameworks, timelines, and governance for global compensation cycles
Drive continuous improvement of compensation processes, tools, and technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or related field
7-10 years of experience in compensation and total rewards
Demonstrated experience within Total Rewards or Compensation CoE model
Solid knowledge in global compensation across multiple regions
Experience with Radford or similar market data sources
Advanced Excel and modeling skills required
Experience with HRIS and compensation planning tools (i.e. UKG, HRSoft)
