Key responsibilities & impact
  • leading and strategizing complex recruitment campaigns focused on senior and specialized positions
  • shaping and influencing the overall recruitment strategy
  • owning business and stakeholder relationships, providing strategic guidance and coaching in close partnership with hiring managers
  • developing innovative and targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates
  • building talent networks in the life sciences industry

  • managing recruitment projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience
  • 5+ years of experience advising and influencing senior leaders, including Sr Director and Executive-level stakeholders
  • demonstrate advanced proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn)
  • experience with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • experience recruiting in the life science and/or clinical research industry
  • strong leadership track record, including formal project leadership and mentorship of junior team members
  • exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across all lines of business
  • in-depth understanding of industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics
  • strategic mindset, critical thinking abilities, and creative problem-solving skills within the realm of recruitment and HR
  • deep understanding of legal and compliance aspects related to recruitment
  • sound judgment and decision-making skills in recruitment matters
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly desirable.
