About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Eligible to work and perform job responsibilities within the United States
  • High-speed internet with Ethernet
  • Windows-based laptop/desktop with video calling capabilities
  • Own Windows OS with Windows Professional suite
  • Ideally 2–3 years of call center experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Availability to be on video during the training period
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Reliable power backup
  • High-speed internet connectivity
  • Availability for assigned 9-hour shifts, including a one-hour break, from 6 am to 6 pm PST based on business needs
