About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
  • Own a car and have active insurance in the applicant’s name
  • Provide vehicle registration documentation
  • Willingness to drive 60–80 miles or more round-trip
  • Internet access at home
  • Basic PC and office equipment skills
  • Availability from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm in the respective time zone
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Preferred: healthcare-setting experience with medical charts
  • Preferred: proficiency in EHR/EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
  • Preferred: intermediate knowledge of medical chart structure, content, and medical terminology
  • Preferred: familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Preferred: ability to operate and troubleshoot printers and scanners
  • Preferred: strong verbal and written communication skills
