• Travel to various medical facilities and hospitals to scan and create digital copies of patient medical records
• Maintain a record system for patient information and gather documents
• Use electronic systems to properly collect, organize, and manage data
• Ensure medical records are organized, accurate, and complete
• File paperwork and reports quickly and accurately
• Ensure HIPAA standards and confidentiality guidelines are met
• Interact with medical staff, healthcare providers, and other medical personnel
• Operate portable scanners and related equipment; troubleshoot common issues
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds as needed
• Role expected to remain active through mid-January 2026
