About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and lead client-facing healthcare projects
- Work on HEDIS, Risk Adjustment, and In-Home Assessments
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Drive outcomes using data and performance insights
- Fully remote role supporting work-life balance, with flexibility when needed
- High-ownership role requiring strong commitment in a fast-paced environment
- Establish and maintain client relationships that support a spirit of partnership with client project teams.
- Develop, update, and manage project plans and project timelines with oversight to project status, early identification of risks, and solution-minded issue mitigation.
- Oversee client communications, issue resolution, and status reporting as primary point of contact for day-to-day project operations.
- Report client project metrics, translate metrics to business information, and oversee the resulting action plans to ensure customer goals and project objectives are achieved.
- Lead and moderate recurring client calls to cover project status updates, project performance reviews/course correction, post project reviews, etc.
- Document and distribute minutes of meetings and oversee completion of resulting action items
- Prepare and conduct presentations to varying audiences that may include senior and executive leadership, clients, or prospective customers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or managed care setting.
- In-depth knowledge of HEDIS measures, specifications, and reporting processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret healthcare data and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Committed and motivated individual and willing to work odd hours at times when required
- Proficient in Windows environment
- Familiar with virtualization technologies
- Experience in setting up and supporting database notification, failover clustering would be advantageous
- Understanding RDBMS/SQL concepts.
- Troubleshooting techniques and operations
- Able to handle demanding service response and recovery turnaround
- Able to manage daily support tasks to meet stringent SLA requirements
- Excellent scheduling and multitasking skills
- Meticulous and process-oriented
- Good, hard-working attitude with ability to work well under pressure
- Good analytical skills with ability to work with others to resolve problems.
