About the role
- Ensure the technical management and operation of the shopping center
- Prepare the budget and manage operational expenses
- Monitor day-to-day operations
- Manage the site's asset maintenance

Requirements
- Degree in a technical discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in technical management/operations
- Good knowledge of regulations for public-access buildings (ERP - Établissements Recevant du Public)
- Proactive, with strong persuasive and influencing skills
