About the role

  • Oversee daily operations and performance of the rehab department
  • Provide direct patient care within your licensed discipline
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Foster team development, staff engagement, and a culture of excellence

  • Ensure timely documentation and outcomes-based treatment plans

Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited PTA or COTA program
  • Current licensure in the state of practice
  • Solid understanding of Medicare regulations, documentation standards, and ethical care
  • Prior experience in SNF, LTC, or post-acute care required
  • Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
