About the role
- Lead, develop, and mentor the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, SLP, and assistants)
- Oversee daily therapy operations, scheduling, and caseload management
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate closely with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of therapy staff
- Monitor clinical outcomes, productivity, and program performance
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting
- Serve as a clinical resource and role model for best practices
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OTR), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Active or license-eligible in the state of Pennsylvania
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred (DOR, Lead Therapist, or equivalent)
- Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred but not required
- New or first-time DORs welcome — mentorship and leadership support provided
