About the role

  • **What You'll Be Doing** ** **
  • - Develop and maintain Core Banking Processing systems on the IBMi platform
  • - Collaborate closely with Product Development and Client Services teams to design and implement new features and services
  • - Participate in all software development lifecycle phases, from concept and design through testing and implementation
  • - Optimize and maintain the quality of our applications and products
  • - Proactively ensure the highest quality standards in solutions provided to our customers
  • - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in banking systems

Requirements

  • **What We're Looking For**
  • **Required Qualifications:**
  • - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • - Hands-on development experience with ILE RPG, COBOL, and CL
  • - Knowledge of IBM System i OS and DB2 database
  • - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • - Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet challenging schedules
  • - Team player who can build consensus and collaborate effectively
  • - 5+ years of experience with IBMi technologies
