About the role

  • Build lasting relationships with education & HR professionals
  • Serve as the primary contact for orientation directors, student affairs staff, and HR professionals in your client portfolio
  • Make proactive check-in calls and emails to strengthen relationships
  • Capture detailed notes and action items in our CRM system
  • Monitor platform usage reports
  • Become an expert on our orientation platform
  • Recommend features, enhancements, and strategies
  • Welcome new orientation directors and HR teams after platform launches
  • Lead online training sessions for university staff and HR professionals

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in a customer-facing role (inside sales, customer service, account coordination, or client services)
  • Comfort working with professional clients
  • Natural ease with outbound communication
