About the role

  • Design, develop, and customize CMS-driven platforms that power Advantage’s orientation and recruiting experiences
  • Develop and maintain CMS-based platforms using .NET (C#), SQL Server, and modern web technologies
  • Customize CMS platforms (Umbraco or similar) to meet specific client needs
  • Integrate REST APIs, SSO solutions (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect), and enterprise systems using tools like OpenAPI (Swagger) and Shibboleth
  • Configure and support Azure cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure performance and stability
  • Maintain high code quality through testing, documentation, and peer reviews
  • Collaborate with designers, video producers, and project managers to deliver responsive, accessible, and video-rich solutions

Requirements

  • 4 or more years of web development and system integration experience
  • Proficiency in .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core/MVC, SQL Server, and Visual Studio
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (Umbraco preferred, but Sitecore, Kentico, or custom CMS welcome)
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Razor
  • Familiar with REST APIs, AJAX, Git, and OpenAPI (Swagger)
  • Experience or interest in Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, authentication protocols (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect), and IIS/hosting
  • Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Nice to have: Exposure to serverless application architectures such as Azure App Services and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Nice to have: Experience with enterprise integrations (Salesforce, Workday, Ellucian)
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and web security best practices
