About the role

Design, develop, and customize CMS-driven platforms that power Advantage’s orientation and recruiting experiences
Develop and maintain CMS-based platforms using .NET (C#), SQL Server, and modern web technologies
Customize CMS platforms (Umbraco or similar) to meet specific client needs
Integrate REST APIs, SSO solutions (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect), and enterprise systems using tools like OpenAPI (Swagger) and Shibboleth
Configure and support Azure cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure performance and stability
Maintain high code quality through testing, documentation, and peer reviews
Collaborate with designers, video producers, and project managers to deliver responsive, accessible, and video-rich solutions

4 or more years of web development and system integration experience
Proficiency in .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core/MVC, SQL Server, and Visual Studio
Experience working with CMS platforms (Umbraco preferred, but Sitecore, Kentico, or custom CMS welcome)
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Razor
Familiar with REST APIs, AJAX, Git, and OpenAPI (Swagger)
Experience or interest in Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, authentication protocols (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect), and IIS/hosting
Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment
Nice to have: Exposure to serverless application architectures such as Azure App Services and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Nice to have: Experience with enterprise integrations (Salesforce, Workday, Ellucian)
Nice to have: Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and web security best practices
