About the role
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of RPA projects, from initial assessment and design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document automation opportunities.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage project resources, including RPA developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the development and testing of RPA solutions.
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of RPA projects.
- Monitor project performance and identify and mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular project status reviews with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years of experience in RPA project management.
- Proven experience in leading and delivering successful RPA projects using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Understanding of RPA concepts, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong understanding and using JIRA tool.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
