About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Check clearing — Handles in‑clearings, Fed returns/adjustments, chargeback reversals, IRDs, and daily IP balancing.
Indirect auto openings — Reviews documentation, ensures BSA compliance, submits fraud checks, and completes system setup.
Mortgage openings — Verifies applications, confirms required documents, and validates BSA authorization.
Remote deposit review — Resolves exceptions, releases or rejects items, and applies Reg CC holds.
GAP and VSA handling — Processes claims and cancellations and coordinates with third parties for settlement.
Loan reconciliation — Completes month‑end add‑on settlements and performs GL reconciliation.
Account and product maintenance — Processes mailed closure requests, updates ancillary product records, supports CPI inquiries, and participates in cross‑training.
Cultivate a positive, respectful, and collaborative culture across the organization.

Requirements

Equivalent combination of education and experience
