  • Beyond day-to-day client interactions, you’ll play a vital role in improving processes, implementing retention strategies, and collaborating across teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. From analyzing feedback to developing training resources, your contributions will directly impact both client success and long-term loyalty.

  • Essential Job Duties:
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce operational costs. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and iterate as needed
  • Client Success Enhancement: Devise and execute initiatives to elevate the overall client success. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of client needs. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and feedback mechanisms
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Implement monitoring mechanisms to track the progress of process improvements and client satisfaction initiatives. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators related to both processes and client success
  • Training and Development: Create and deliver training programs for employees to ensure alignment with optimized processes and enhanced client engagement. Develop training materials and resources to support ongoing skill development and process understanding
  • Client Retention and Engagement: Strategize and implement retention programs to ensure client loyalty. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies for client retention
  • Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of overarching strategies for both process improvement and client success enhancement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align individual strategies with broader organizational goals

Requirements

  • Experience in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic Project Management Experience
  • Strong understanding of medical practice workflows and revenue cycle management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Experience using Netsuite, Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with AMD platforms and systems
  • Prior exposure to the ambulatory care or independent practice space
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance regulations
  • You’re highly motivated and self-driven
  • You have a positive attitude (training, resiliency, appreciate the growth from adversity)
  • You are highly team oriented and focus on the success of your peers as well as yourself
  • Self-starter with the ability to organize work for maximum efficiency and attention to quality
