- Collaborate closely with Legal and People Operations.
- Monitor adherence to policies, conduct audits, drive compliance training programs, and support investigations and reporting.
- Identify risks and foster a culture of compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR compliance, legal compliance, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
