About the role

  • Lead inside sales development function and drive measurable business growth
  • Oversee the entire lead process from first contact to lead pass, ensuring seamless handoff to sales associates
  • Maintain and manage the lead pipeline to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Assist prospects in selecting the right products by aligning solutions with their business needs (consultative guidance)
  • Manage associates to defined performance and activity expectations with regular coaching and accountability
  • Conduct planning sessions with associates and create performance plans to drive success and continuous improvement
  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to optimize lead generation strategies and identify new source opportunities
  • Leverage NetSuite to track, follow up, and document all leads, lead transfers, and closed opportunities with accuracy
  • Ensure disciplined execution in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and align team activities with organizational goals

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience with some experience in SaaS or healthcare IT
  • Demonstrated successful track record in sales and sales leadership
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a high-velocity sales environment
  • Strong understanding of medical practice workflows and revenue cycle management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Completed ALP program
  • Experience selling EHR, PM, or RCM solutions
  • Prior exposure to the ambulatory care or independent practice space
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance regulations
