About the role

  • Develop and execute a content roadmap aligned with business goals, product launches, and customer journeys
  • Craft high-performing content across formats—emails, eBooks, infographics, blogs, landing pages, webinars, podcasts, and demos
  • Translate technical product features into customer-centric messaging that drives conversion and retention
  • Partner with design, product, and sales teams to deliver cohesive, branded assets across multiple revenue channels
  • Lead content strategy for product launches, including messaging frameworks, release communications, and enablement materials
  • Own the marketing deliverables within the product release DAM process, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
  • Collaborate with product managers to surface differentiators and customer pain points that inform positioning
  • Host (or coordinate host) and produce “tips and tricks” webinars to drive feature adoption and customer success
  • Build and optimize content that support inbound lead generation and nurture campaigns
  • Work with external SEO agency to apply advanced SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic
  • Create high-value content for AI/GEO search optimization, including structured FAQs and semantic-rich webpages
  • Align content initiatives with company OKRs, reporting on performance metrics and iterating for impact
  • Write and produce product demo scripts that showcase value propositions and use cases
  • Oversee video production projects with internal teams or external agencies, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence
  • Collaborate with animation and multimedia specialists to bring product stories to life
  • Record product demos in Quicktime to drive high-quality visual elements to demos

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing within B2B SaaS or tech environments
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across departments
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio that spans formats and audiences
  • Deep understanding of SEO, content analytics, and performance optimization
  • Experience managing content operations at scale, including editorial calendars, asset libraries, and campaign workflows
  • Strategic mindset with a bias for execution and measurable outcomes
