About the role
- Provide excellent customer service with a focus on resolving issues on first contact
- Accurately process customer orders (LPOs) in the ERP system and meet cut-off deadlines
- Manage communications with the onshore team to clarify or resolve tasks
- Monitor and respond to emails from shared inboxes in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and schedules
- Share reports and updates with internal departments
- Follow company processes and quality standards closely
- Record customer interactions in systems such as Salesforce and email
- Report any process gaps or issues for improvement
- Handle customer and partner questions through chat, email, and voice
- Work alongside team leads and IT to solve customer-impacting issues
- Help with admin work (e.g., research, surveys) during slow periods and provide backup support for teammates
Requirements
- At least two years in a contact center or BPO setting
- Experience with customer service, order processing, and (ideally) e-commerce
- Comfortable managing customer calls and back-end systems
- Ability to coordinate across teams and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas and pivot tables)
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask without losing attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Flexibility with shifting schedules based on business needs
- Experience with ERP systems, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams
